I am also a goalkeeping coach, here in Scotland. I agree with a lot that has been said. And skev was right with his excellent comments.

I would use the session to initially work on handling(one-touch), some footwork, moving onto diving drills, combining both, kicking/distrbution and taking crosses(work from the basics upwards in that area), before my goalie joined in with outfield players. That way, you break the session up for the keeper. Hope this helps.
