Too much empahasise and pressure is now put on coaches of youngsters to give everyone a chance even if it does slow the progress of the rest down. Its not only proffessional academies who have real talent and teams in standard sunday football have every right to be as good as they can be and if that means some players needing to find alternative clubs then i dont see that as a problem.
