Players like these love challenges. Communicate to the team you need skill and heart to play. If they are been lazy after 5 minutes of a game pull them off for the rest and tell them if they cannot play with heart they can't play for your team. They will either get better or bitter. If it's the latter you can probably develop other team members into better players anyway.
